In contrast to judge Tulisa, who is partying and showing off her new hair in Ibiza, the Take That singer has been coaching his chosen acts.
Tweeting that he is very happy with Kye Sones, Carolynne Poole and Melanie Masson’s singing, the judge spent all morning with his overs category.
Though Tulisa may be raving in Ibiza, she tweeted that her mind is still on X Factor, as she encouraged fans to vote for her wild card Amy Mottram. Louis Walsh will mentor the group category with new judge Nicole Scherzinger looking after the boys.
