Justin Bieber’s ‘Stolen Laptop’ Was Hoax for His Music Video

Splash - The latest celebrity news including updates on Justin Bieber, Robert Pattinson and more is the world's leading source of celebrity news.

Turns out Bieber just punk’d everyone, because it was just a marketing campaign for his new music video with Nicki Minaj, Beauty and the Beast.

Who is this? The boy who cried stolen laptop?

Remember when Justin Bieber tried to convince millions of Twitter followers that his laptop of his was stolen? With private, personal footage? Challenging their respect and trust?

Well… Turns out Bieber just punk’d everyone, because it was just a marketing campaign for his new music video with Nicki Minaj, Beauty and the Beast.

The video says it’s “found footage” from that stolen laptop, then shows Bieber recording himself performing the song at a highly coordinated water park party…

Bieber justifies the prank by Tweeting that he’s had a lot of rumors said about him… Y’know… Like dying, baby mama’s, his family, character, nude pics, drugs… But this time, he gets to be in on it.

That’s cool Justin, but if your fans don’t trust you, they’ll stop Beliebing you when you’re serious.
