It’s rumored that Mariah Carey’s time at American Idol has been a bit of a wild ride so far… But look! She loves it! 

Here she is with hubby Nick Cannon riding a rollercoaster on the Santa Monica Pier. 

?And clearly Mariah’s not too worried about the reported threats that her Idol co-judge, Nicki Minaj, wanted to shoot her.

Their twins Moroccan and Monroe were in tote as Nick hosted “Family Day” for the surrounding beach crowd. 

Sure, this may be some of that extra security Mariah reportedly hired after the Idol drama went down though… 

But considering they’re out at one of the Los Angeles’ busiest tourist attractions, everything looks like it’s on track.
