The situation surrounding the topless Kate Middleton pics may have just hit rock bottom. And when we say bottom â€" we mean, bare bottom.
Because now, a Danish Magazine has published bottomless photos of the Duchess as she was changing into a bikini at the same private chateau in the South of France.
It appears to be from the same topless set that made headlines around the world and reports claim that there are up to 200 images…but if you remember, it was only weeks before when Kate and William won the landmark court decision which halted the French magazine, Closer, from publishing any more pictures.
But the threat of legal action obviously hasn’t swayed the brass over at See and Hear, the new magazine publishing the bottomless pics.
In fact, they printed a 16-page special including 3 shots of the Duchess with out her bikini bottom on â€" from the front!
