The British star, who is said to be rekindling his relationship with Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart, was voted into the top spot by 40,000 Glamour magazine readers. 

The accolade comes as reports emerge that R-Patz and estranged girlfriend Kristen have agreed to a no-sex pact to save their relationship. 

According to The Mirror, the Hollywood couple’s relationship counsellor has ordered the ban. 

The pair will be focusing instead on communicating, healing wounds and doing trust exercises and have reportedly booked a secret holiday to Brazil.
