OSCARS host Chris Rock learned his foul-mouthed skills from a surprising source - his own mother

It’s time now to turn back the clock on another Hollywood star.

This funnyman was born in South Carolina back in 1965, but raised in the Bed-Stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY.

He is the oldest of seven and attended James Madison High School before his parents withdrew him because of bullies.

He began doing standup in 1984 but it was Eddie Murphy who discovered him and gave him his first film role in Beverly Hills Cop II.
