Katie Holmes looks after a tearful Suri

Poor Suri Cruise looked pretty upset and was seen bursting into tears during an outing with her mum Katie Holmes. 

Katie has been busy working on her Broadway play Dead Accounts. 

But before heading to the theatre, the actress was seen comforting her crying six-year-old daughter as the pair left a building together in New York. 

The 33-year-old held on tight to little Suri’s hand as she tried to cheer her up. 

All is normally well between the mother and daughter duo and we love seeing them out and about in the Big Apple.
 

So we’re not sure what the problem was on this outing, but Holmes didn’t seem overly worried and flashed a smile. 

Mummy’s here, don’t cry!
