It seems Jessica Brown Findlay wasn’t looking too thrilled about having to kiss Russell Crowe on the set of A Winter’s Tale. 
The Downton Abbey star, who was back in period costume for the scenes, was snapped pulling away from the Australian actor as he got into a waiting carriage. 
Shooting in New York, the 23-year-old looked like she was trying to spurn the advances of Crowe’s gangster character. 
Perhaps Jessica was put off by the rather impressive scar on Russell’s left cheek!
