French Court Blocks Closer Magazine from Publishing More Topless Kate Middleton Pics

Well, sort of.

Because a French court has just barred Closer Magazine from publishing or distributing any more of those topless Kate Middleton pics, plus they have been ordered to return the originals to the royal couple within 24 hours or face a fine of about 13 thousand dollars a day.

Royal officials say the couple welcomed the decision but the palace still plans to file a criminal complaint. 

Unfortunately for Will and Kate, the photos have been published in Italy and Ireland and the ruling doesn’t cover those magazines.

And in case you didn’t know, just before the decision was announced, Donald Trump â€" for some reason – threw his hat in the ring via Twitter and said that Kate Middleton has only herself to blame when it came to the topless photos…because, as he puts it…who wouldn’t take Kate’s picture and make lots of money?

Sometimes social media is a bad thing.
