Hayden Panettiere is known for her passionate efforts to save the whales, but did you know the petite actress used to feel like a whale herself? 

She tells Women’s Health that a remark about “cellulite” in the tabloids gave her body dysmorphia through her teenage years, causing her to see her 5’1” frame as much wider than it actually is. 

Now, Hayden keeps in shape with exercise and healthy food options, but admits eating right is a “constant battle.” So, the 23-year-old has learned not to stress over her weight.  

 Actually she says when she stresses out, her body just puts on more weight… So in order to look her best, she has to feel her best. 

Looks like she’s feeling pretty good.
