X Factor India is the Indian version of The X Factor, a show originating from the United Kingdom. It is a television music talent show contested by aspiring pop singers drawn from public auditions in the India.
The Indian version of X Factor will be judged by a panel of eminent judges. 
The PromosAre hitting the small screen - you can see the aspirants, ready to perform to compete for the big prize. The show in its inaugural year in 2011 will be broadcast by Sony Entertainment Television station, starting May 29th.
The HostThe show will be hosted by Aditya Narayan, who has hosted several of the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa shows.

Sanjay Leela BhansaliThe eminent filmmaker who also proved himself to be a musician of note with his film, Guzaarish.
