Tom Cruise reportedly spent his 50th birthday on a lonely flight from Iceland to California – while his future ex-wife Katie Holmes and daughter Suri went out for ice cream.

Katie and little Suri were seen for the first time since the 33-year-old actress announced she was filing for divorce from Tom. 

Holmes took her six-year-old little girl for a late night sweet treat in New York and the pair were seen sharing some intimate mother and daughter moments.

Suri was the picture of innocence as she sat perched on the counter top licking a spoon. 

The former Dawson’s Creek star looked glowing in a pair of white shorts and a bright red silky top. 

We think it’s a well-deserved treat amid all her divorce drama.
