Kris Humphries has hit back at claims that he gave a woman herpes.
Gossip Cop report that Kris is 100 percent sure he did not give the venereal disease to Kayla Goldberg, an LA woman who filed a lawsuit against Kim Kardashian’s former hubby on Friday.
She claims that after a night out she and Kris got together but he didn’t wear a condom during part of the encounter. A week later she was said to be diagnosed with herpes.
She’s suing for sexual battery claiming Kris knew he had the STD as well as emotional distress and fraud.
But Kris’ rep says the claim is “completely bogus†adding Goldberg’s attorney reached out to his lawyer last winter during his NBA negotiations demanding twenty four million dollars, noting that the young woman wouldn’t take anything less than one million dollars or she’d go public.
Well, it’s out there now. And so is the news that there are four other unnamed defendants whom she claims may have given her herpes.
Kris’ people say they will be “relentless†in fighting the lawsuit.
