If you haven’t heard that Amanda Bynes wants to move to New York City and ditch Los Angeles forever, then you haven’t been listening.

But why the drastic relocation?

Because she’s ready to become a fashion designer!…at least, according to reports.

It seems the former Nickelodeon star, who’s currently facing a bevy of charges due to her driving mishaps, also believes that she’s tired of being followed in LA and that is never happens in the Big Apple…which unfortunately isn’t really true.

Either way, Amanda insists she is retired from the entertainment biz and it sounds like she’s ready to make the plunge into the next chapter of her life.

And if fashion design is really it, then good for her.

Plus, look at it this way….she can take the subway now.
