Chris Brown Tests Positive for Marijuana…Now What?

So Chris Brown failed a drug test?

What now?

Well, to catch you up on things, Brown tested positive for marijuana while in Virginia…the place he was performing his court-ordered community service stemming from the famous 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna. 

A Los Angeles judge â€" because he’s now a resident of California â€" told him that she will review the case further to see if he violated the terms of his probation. 

But according to reports, Brown was able to produce a medical marijuana prescription card from Cali, and since the judge never ordered him not to use the drug, the positive test may not have any impact.

Kinda crazy, huh?

Almost as crazy as Rihanna tweeting him ahead of the court appearance saying that she was praying for him and sending her best wishes…which he of course retweeted and was thankful for.

Chris is due back in court on November 1st to see if he’s in big trouble, or just going to get a slap on the wrist.
