Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry reach amicable custody agreement

You can’t say the same for his face, but at least Gabriel Aubry avoided a beating in the courtroom… 

It’s reported that he and ex-girlfriend, Halle Berry, have reached an amicable agreement over the custody of their daughter, Nahla. 

Their settlement was agreed upon shortly after the custody battle resulted in fisticuffs between Aubry and Halle’s current fiancé, Olivier Martinez. 

Aubry filed a temporary restraining order against him, and released a legal document claiming Martinez threatened to kill him if he doesn’t allow Nahla to move to France… So we doubt anything is amicable there.

But Halle and Martinez could be making the move to Paris, because according to Us Weekly, all she wants is a “normally family life.” 

We’re guessing Aubry’s main concern is to heal his wounds.
