Shocking pictures of Gabriel Aubry’s injuries following his brawl with Olivier Martinez have been released.
The 36-year-old is seen with a painful looking swollen black eye, along with cuts all over his face.
Gabriel, who also has bloodied fingernails as a result of the fight, has claimed Olivier threatened to kill him if he refused to allow his daughter Nahla to move to France.
Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend has now obtained a restraining order against her fiancé following the Thanksgiving incident.
Aubry obtained the emergency protective order at a Los Angeles county court, according to TMZ.
In a court declaration, Aubry said that the 46-year-old told him he had better move to Paris so his four-year-old could be with Halle, adding that, “We called the cops … you’re going to tell them that you’re the one who attacked me, or I’m going to kill you.”
Gabriel also claimed that Martinez, who was spotted after the incident sporting a bruised face and swollen hand, took his head in his hand and slammed it on the concrete driveway.
According to Aubry, he and Martinez had exchanged heated words the day before Thanksgiving during Nahla’s school play. Gabriel apparently said that Martinez and Berry both showed up at the school, where the actor whispered in his ear, “I wish I could beat the s*** out of you right now…”
We’re not sure what to make of Gabriel’s latest claims but one thing’s for sure, these images are harrowing…
