The superstar has embarked on an 80 show worldwide Believe tour, and we imagine when you’re dancing across the world, you need to be in top shape. 

We’re sure his legions of female fans don’t mind a topless Tweet every now and then either… Well, when he’s not making a “hoot” about his brand new ink. 

Hey… There’s another guy who’s known for bulk, tats and being shirtless… 

Alright, so Bieber might have a ways to go before he’s Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, but what’s his thing again? Never Say Never.
