Reese Witherspoon was showing she's a very supportive mum as she turned up to her son's football match with a box of half-time oranges.

The Hollywood star, who was looking relaxed in casual jeans, olive sweater and trainers, was joined on the sidelines by husband Jim Toth and ex-husband Ryan Phillipe. 

Supporting her son Deacon as he played in Los Angeles, the 26-year-old looked comfy alongside her husband in fold out chairs. 

But the day ended in a visit to a sports medicine specialist as a concerned Reese took her son to get checked out as he was injured in the game. 

Luckily, she managed a smile on the way out so all must have been okay.
