Halloween didn't prove to be a treat this year for Fearne Cotton as the sweets she gave out to trick or treaters were thrown back in her face.

Speaking on her radio show, the Radio 1 DJ spoke about her shock at being pelted with her own Halloween treat. 
Fearne, who is pregnant with her first child, explained that when three kids showed up at her door, she gave them a big handful of sweets. 
But the sweet gesture was thrown in her face, literally! 
Explaining that one of the children shouted that he didn’t like those sweets, the kid then started the throwing toffees back in her face. 
Fearne admitted that although she is normally quite feisty, she was so shocked by the behaviour that she just stood there whilst she got hit. Ouch!
