It seems Lindsay Lohan is in big trouble with the law again as the actress will reportedly be charged with lying to the police over her car accident. 

The Freaky Friday star told police that she wasn’t driving her Porsche when it crashed into a lorry in California. 

However, according the TMZ, multiple witnesses have come forward stating Lindsay was behind the wheel. 

And it’s been claimed that the actress could face a lengthy jail sentence if the case is filed because she’s already on probation for stealing a necklace. 

But Lindsay didn’t seem too worried when she stepped out in New York last night. 

Wearing a huge furry gilet, the actress was showing off her new red haircut under a large cosy hat.
