Women always called more powerful than men, among others, because it has multitasking capabilities. At home, for example, you could wash clothes while cooking and watching television. Or do the report, child care, while occasionally contact your colleagues.

However, our brains have cognitive limitations. We may just think that we are able to do two things at the same time, but our brains were trying hard to understand two of these events.

In experiments, a group of students required to spend 30 minutes simultaneously to compile playlists of music, chat, and write a short paper. The second group focuses on each of these activities, each for 10 minutes. After that, they were given a memory test. From this experiment proved, single tasker work significantly better than the multitasker.
Some great evidence suggests that the brain works better when performing tasks in sequence rather than doing all along. Your concentration will split every time you change activities. Its still not know what the long-term effects of chronic multitasking action, but that multitasking a bad influence on us, no question anymore. Multitasking is expected to slow the already long and wounded mind.
